Training LADSnet believes the training on your new system is a key step of the computer installation process. We pride ourselves in providing individual, customized attention during training. Our sessions are approximately 3 days in length and are limited in size for maximum individual interaction. LADSnet recommends conducting the training sessions at our headquarters so that your staff is able to focus on your new computer system without interruptions.
Computer Installation The installation of your system must maximize work space and work flow. We work with you to determine the best layout of the hardware in your office. We also spend about two days installing the computer, terminals, modems, and printers. The installation is completed in less then eight hours, but we like to devote an extra day to ensure that every component is in proper working condition. This extra day also gives us the opportunity to help your staff use the system properly and handle unforeseen problems that may occur.
Support Services LADSnet appreciates that once the computer is installed and your staff is trained, our most critical job begins... support services. Each member of our support team has supported our system for at least 5 years. They have trained and serviced more than 150 companies in the delivery industry -- making them not only LADS experts but also industry experts. Our customers value the resource, timeliness and knowledge that comes with the LADSnet support team.
