The Alert System can send an alert to your customer when a new order is placed in LADS either through your web site or via a phone call to your customer service department. The alert can be in the form of a fax or email. Each POD (proof of delivery) signature recorded in the LADS system can be sent as an alert to your customer. Jobs placed in the LADS system can be reported back to salespeople to track new accounts.
